ACIS will continue to be available only for viewing/purchasing documents that were filed before March 21, 2022. Attorneys who have filed a notice of appearance in an appellate case will be given access through the C-Track E-File application to view documents filed in that case. To view or purchase documents filed on or after March 21, 2022, in cases in which you have not filed a notice of appearance, please contact the Clerk of the appropriate appellate court. In Fall 2022, the Alabama Appellate Courts will transition to Public Portal, a new public access application developed by Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions, and, at that time, public documents filed on or after March 21, 2022, will be available to purchase online.

Effective March 21, 2022, filings or updates made via ACIS will no longer be accepted or processed by the Alabama Appellate Court System. Additionally, by clicking the Accept & Login button below, you acknowledge these terms and understand that if you do file/update a case via ACIS, you will not receive electronic notification of the filing/changes, and that the Clerk of the respective Court will not contact you or grant an extended filing deadline."
